1. How to order and confirm?
There are several ways to order at Amaryllis Crafts. - Using the shopping basket - By e-mail - By phone (+32 493 69 36 50)
In any case, your order will be confirmed when you received a personal email from me, containing all costs and the estimated time of shipping.

2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will vary according to weight and to where the goods need to be shipped. Please check this list for the details.

3. What if you change your mind?
Legally, every customer who buys something over the Internet is entitled to a minimum waiting period of 7 working days. The Belgian law on e-commerce states:

The consumer has the right to renounce the purchase without penalty and without giving any reasons, within 7 working days from the day following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service agreement.

However, if the customer has a change of mind without a valid reason, the customer needs to pay the shipping costs for returning the items.

4. How and when are the products being delivered?
Small orders are being shipped without delay. For larger orders, the timespan will be estimated and the customer will be informed promptly.

5. How to pay?
The customer should pay with a bank transfer or with paypal, and will receive the details for that in the confirmation email.
